You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The App is designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers to track information about children in their care. You represent that you have legal authority to provide information about any child whose data you enter into the App.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. We do not directly process refunds.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App, including photos, notes, and tracking data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

The AI Assistant feature provides general parenting information and suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Corrected age milestone tracking is provided as a general developmental guide for parents of premature babies. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace the guidance of your neonatologist, paediatrician, or public health nurse. All developmental concerns should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
IHH Labs Limited is not liable for any actions taken based on AI Assistant recommendations or milestone tracking information. Use of these features is at your own risk.

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by IHH Labs Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
"ABCD Baby Tracker" and associated logos are trademarks of IHH Labs Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We do not guarantee that:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IHH Labs Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ireland.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws. In particular, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IHH Labs Limited regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
